Enbusai, or "martial art festival," was launched in 2002. In 2003 it was held at a community hall in the city of Tadotsu. All students participated and performed the techniques they had mastered in front of their families, teachers, and local residents. The Zenrinsai, or festival of cultural performances and exhibits, is held on the first Sunday of October each year in conjunction with the Dharma Festival organized by the Headquarters of the Shorinji Kempo Group.

Students are active in the community in other ways as well throughout the year, visiting nursery schools and nursing homes in small groups. Both young children and elderly residents always give a big welcome to the bright and cheerful students from Zenrin Gakuen.
