Kobe's Chinatown, Nanking-machi, measures about 300 m east-west and 110 m north-south. In front of some storefronts, vapor rises from steamed rice dumplings wrapped in bamboo grass (15), and from Chinese buns. Nanking-machi Square (16), in the middle of the avenue, is a good place to rest after walking and eating. |
