Fly from Tokyo's Haneda Airport to Memanbetsu Airport (about 1 hr 40 min). (There are also flights from Osaka, Nagoya and Sapporo.) From the airport, board an Abashiri bus taking the Okhotsk Shiretoko Route to Utoro (about 2 hrs 20 min).

To Rausu

Fly from Tokyo's Haneda Airport to Nemuro Nakashibetsu Airport (about 1 hr 40 min). (There are also flights from Sapporo.) From the airport, board a bus to Nakashibetsu-cho (about 10 min), then take an Akan Bus coming from Kushiro bound for Rausu (about 1 hr 30 min).
