Discovering Japan by Train

If you attached all of Japan's train tracks together, they would stretch 27,400 kilometers - about two-thirds of the way around the earth. Many different types of trains run on Japan's complex network of tracks, from the Shinkansen (Bullet Train), which reaches a top speed of 300 kilometers per hour, to steam locomotives. Today we're going to board some unique trains as we explore Japan.
