Among the various categories of the Virtual Museum of Japanese Arts, the new groups, "Other" and "Cafe" are added. Subjects that have not been
classified as conventional genre but which are considered to be an essential element
of Japanese culture are listed and introduced under the heading of "Other".
In the group of "Cafe", Japanese sweets, which reflect the different
seasons in Japanese life, festivals and the martial arts are introudced. All of
these are introduced with beautiful photographs and realistic movies. The Index
has been updated in order to provide more convenient utilisation and a more attractive
